Most Workforce Management issues come from the master switch being off, a feature toggle being off, or the user not having the right plan or role.
Why can I not see Workforce Management
Only admins and owners can change Workforce Management settings. If you are not an admin, ask an admin to turn on the feature you need.
Why can agents not see My Schedule
- Check that Enable Workforce Management is on.
- Check that the user is not an end user.
- Turn on the scheduling feature the agent needs, such as shifts, time off, or shift swaps.
Why can agents not log time
Open Workforce Management, then Time tracking, and make sure Enable time tracking is on. If attendance is needed, Enable attendance also requires time tracking.
Why do shifts not show on the calendar
Only published shifts show on the calendar. Draft shifts stay in Coverage planning until an admin publishes them.
Why can I not approve a timesheet
Timesheet approvals must be enabled, and the week must be submitted. Approved weeks are locked until an admin reopens them with a reason.
Why is a toggle locked
Some features show Pro or Business badges. The badge tells you which plan is needed before that feature can be enabled.
