Ready made processes give you a working lifecycle that you can turn on, review, and tailor in the builder.
Change Management
Creates an ITIL change lifecycle with New, Assessment, CAB Approval, Scheduled, Implementation, Review, and Closed. CAB approval uses the approve changes permission.
Incident Management
Moves incidents from New to Investigating to Resolved to Closed. Resolved incidents can be reopened back to Investigating.
Service Request
Moves requests through Submitted, Manager Approval, Fulfilment, Done, or Declined. Approved requests route to the fulfilment team.
Employee Onboarding
Creates a new hire checklist routed to IT, Facilities, and HR, with manager sign off before completion.
Employee Offboarding
Creates a leaver checklist routed to IT, Facilities, and HR, with manager sign off before completion.
Purchase Approval
Routes spend approval by amount. Small requests go to the team lead, mid sized requests go to an Admin, and large requests go to Finance.
Access Request
Uses an intake form, manager approval, and IT fulfilment for access requests.
Turn one on
- 1Go to Settings, Service Management, then Workflows.
- 2Click New Workflow.
- 3Find the process in the ITIL processes category.
- 4Open the preview.
- 5Fill in any required details, such as an intake form for Access Request.
- 6Click Use template.
- 7Review the stages in the builder.
The ready made process is a starting point. Open the builder and make sure the stages, approvals, and teams match your real team before you roll it out widely.
