Manage time off and leave

Time off lets agents request leave and lets admins or approvers review planned absence.

Turn on time off

  1. 1Go to Settings, then Workforce Management.
  2. 2Open Scheduling.
  3. 3Turn on Enable time off.
  4. 4Create time off policies if your workspace does not have them yet.
  5. 5Use the Time off page to review team leave.

What agents do

  • Open My Schedule.
  • Review balances under My time off.
  • Choose a policy.
  • Select the date range.
  • Add a note if needed.
  • Submit the request for approval.

What admins and approvers do

Admins and time off approvers use the Time off page to review, approve, reject, and plan team leave. Approved leave can show on the calendar.

Turning it off keeps requests

Turning time off off hides the time off surfaces. Policies, balances, and requests are kept.
