Operating hours define the schedule FyneDesk uses for working days, working time, timezone, and holidays.
What operating hours affect
- SLA timers when they use business hours.
- Calendar views that need your organization timezone.
- Workforce planning that depends on working days and holidays.
Set the schedule
- 1Go to Settings, then Workforce Management.
- 2Open Operating hours.
- 3Choose whether every work day uses the same hours or each day has custom hours.
- 4Select the working days.
- 5Choose the timezone.
- 6Add holidays that should not count as normal working time.
Same hours every day
Use this when the team keeps one standard schedule across work days.
Custom hours by day
Use this when weekdays have different start or end times.
Holidays
Add days when the business is closed so reporting and timers do not treat them as normal work days.
SLA connection
The SLA settings link back to Workforce Management because business hours live here now.
