What agents see
My shifts
Upcoming published shifts assigned to the agent.
My time off
Leave balances and the request form when time off is enabled.
My availability
Times when the agent is unavailable, preferred, or available for planning.
My swaps and open shifts
Swap requests, shifts to give up, and open shifts to claim when shift swaps are enabled.
Availability
Agents use availability to tell planners when they can and cannot work. Unavailable time blocks scheduling. Preferred time is a soft signal for planners.
Swap requests
- A release asks to give up a shift.
- A swap asks another agent to trade shifts.
- An open shift claim asks to take an unassigned shift.
- If approval is required, an admin reviews the request before it takes effect.
